Time for a Change: new season, new beginnings and new look!

We’ve been saying ‘it’s time for a change’ for many years and for all kinds of reasons.  Those of you who know us understand our passion for leadership in general, the global multiplication of women change-makers, the fundamental change in the fortunes of people of colour in the UK and beyond and the transformation of our mission so that it more fully aligns with God’s mission.

In view of this, we’re thrilled to announce the release of Kate’s updated book 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership this month!  Please feel free to share the news (and link) with your network. Our God-given vision remains - to put the book into the hands of a million women leaders in the next four years!!

In line with the new season, we have also been busy redesigning our programme for women leaders, She Rises has now become Ellevation. This programme is made up of Ellevator levels 1, 2 and 3 (they can be taken as a package or one at a time).  The Ellevator component of the Ellevation series is based on the French for ‘she’ i.e. ‘elle’ and the U.S. ‘vator’ short for elevator/lift (and best of all the recommend reading for this programme is still, 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership!).   We would love to see you, your network of friends and colleagues on the programme.  Why not join us in the company of other amazing women!

With the help of an amazing team we’ve also been revamping our website, so that it is now more reflective of who we are as Next Leadership, we hope you like the new look as much as we do!
